1.Q: Your items are ready stock?
A: Yes we offer ready stock item however pre order is available if ready stock sold out. For more information about pre-order, please click here.

2.Q: How many days I can receive my parcel?
A: Normally you may receive within 2 working days for ready stock order while pre order may take 12-15 working days to reach.

3.Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Online Fund Transfer, Cash Deposit or Cash Collect direct from our Showroom or Flagship Store.

4.Q: How much for shipping fee?
A: : RM5.90 for West Malaysia customer (per order) and RM10.20 to Sarawak for first 500g, every 250g add RM2.00 & RM10.90 to Sabah for first 500g, every 250g add RM2.70.

5.Q: Where can I check my tracking number?
A: Tracking number will be sent to your registered email address once your order successfully ship out or you may also direct check through your order history (Login account).

6.Q: What do I do if there's a problem with my order?

7.Q: How to get free shipping?
A: You can get free shipping by spending min RM80 per order. (only applicable to west malaysia)

8.Q: How to return an item?
A: The warranty is valid for 7 days after customer received parcel. To request an exchange, please submit “RETURN & EXCHANGE” request from your account. We will only approve your submission if your order still covered under Return & Exchange Policy

9.Q: The price shown in website is retail or wholesale?
A: Retail price, you may contact our customer service at 016-9523287 for any wholesale or dropship inquiries.

10.Q: I've received an incorrect item in my order
A: We are terribly sorry about that! Don’t worry kindly direct request your Return and Exchange https://happy2u.my/exchange_list.php with photo attachment. Sit back and relax, our friendly customer service will contact you.

11.Q: My payment successfully made by EGHL but I couldn't see it in my order history. How do I proceed ?
A: Kindly contact us immediately via email, call, whatsapp or live chat and we'll assist your for next steps. We'd ask for your kind assistance not to bank in/transfer the amount again to our bank account manually as we need to double confirm your previous payment status.
